Overview
In addition to providing capital through portfolio lending, we are also a Fannie Mae DUS™ lender and a Freddie Mac seller/servicer for dedicated senior housing.
Our Enhanced Agency Gateway Program also provides financing for senior housing properties that have not achieved the stabilized operating levels required for permanent financing through Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac programs.
